2. Customer data
When you sign up we store your company name, your name, email, phone (optional), language and the categories and neighborhoods you choose. We record which leads we send you and the follow-up notes you add in your account. Payments are processed by Stripe: we never see or store your full card details.
3. How we use it
To provide the service (send leads, give you access to your account, bill your subscription), send you notices about your account and trial, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Who we share it with
Only with providers we need to operate: web hosting (DreamHost), email delivery and payments (Stripe). They may have servers in the U.S. We may also share data when required by law.
5. Permit data
Permit information (addresses, owner names, type and value of work) comes from City of Orlando public records. If you own a property and want us to stop including your address in our service, email soporte@orlandopermitleads.com and we will exclude it.
6. Business contacts
We may email businesses using publicly available business contact information to offer our service. Every email includes a link to stop receiving messages, which we honor permanently.
7. Cookies
We only use necessary cookies: your account session and preferred language. We do not use advertising cookies.
8. Retention
While you have an account and up to 2 years after you close it, unless the law requires keeping it longer (for example, payment records).
9. Your choices
You can unsubscribe from emails with the link in each email, and ask us to access, correct or delete your data by writing to soporte@orlandopermitleads.com.
10. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords for administrative access, and signed sign-in links that expire.
11. Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and notify you by email of material changes.
