1. The service
Orlando Permit Leads ("we"), operated by Orlando Permit Leads, provides contractors and service businesses ("you") with information about building permits taken from City of Orlando public records, filtered by the categories and neighborhoods you choose, by email and in your online account.
2. Data source and accuracy
The data comes from public records. We do not create or individually verify it, and it may contain errors or omissions, or be published late by the City. We do not guarantee any number of leads, sales or results.
3. Permitted use of leads
You agree to use the information only for legitimate business purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act (FTSA), the CAN-SPAM Act, the national and state Do Not Call registries, and local door-to-door solicitation rules. In particular, you must NOT use this information for automated calls, text messages or unsolicited calls to property owners. We recommend direct mail, flyers or in-person visits. You are solely responsible for how you contact people.
4. Prohibited use
You may not resell, publish or redistribute the data as your own information service, or use it to harass, discriminate or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Free trial
The free trial lasts 14 days, requires no credit card and ends automatically if you do not choose a plan.
6. Subscription and payments
Plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel. We do not store your card details. Prices may change with at least 30 days' prior notice, except the founder price (section 9).
7. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel anytime from "Manage subscription". Service continues until the end of the paid period. No refunds are given for partial periods, except where required by law.
8. Exclusive plan
Exclusivity applies only to the category and neighborhood combination you subscribed to, while your subscription is active and paid. It does not guarantee that other businesses will not obtain the same public records by other means.
9. Founder price
The first 10 customers who subscribe to the Pro plan pay $59 per month instead of the regular price. That price stays the same, with no increases, as long as the subscription remains active and paid on the Pro plan. It is lost if you cancel, if the subscription ends for non-payment, or if you switch to another plan; in those cases, if you return to the Pro plan you will pay the regular price in effect. Spots are not released when a founding customer leaves. The offer ends when all spots are taken.
10. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or claims arising from how you used the data.
11. Indemnification
You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your use of the data, including claims under the TCPA or the FTSA.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. We will notify you by email of material changes. Continued use of the service means you accept the new version.
